Upon registration, we will provide you with the booking form for accommodation at the conference venue. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel.

The full block booking of guest rooms for the conference is available until 25 February, after which the number of available rooms will be reduced. The second cut-off date is 14 March. After the final release date on 25 March, the booking of guest rooms is subject to availability at the hotel.
