Adam brings a wealth of client service experience to his role as Director of Forums and Events for SharedXpertise. He also has the title of Executive Director for the HROA in the United States. He comes to this job with member satisfaction as his primary goal. He works with all SharedXpertise member organizations to ensure that they are getting the most out of their membership investment while continually looking to improve product and service offerings. He lives in New York and is the main contact for SharedXpertise in the United States.

As a CEO of The Delve Group, Richard has consulted to organizations in the public and private sectors. His experience is now available to SharedXpertise as he helps driving the organization to an unrivalled level of service and high quality of content. Richard is based in Washington, DC.
