25 Sep 2007 | (Interview)
News of the acquisition of Morgan Chambers, a powerhouse advisor in Europe, by EquaTerra, an equal powerhouse in North America and the U.K., propelled us to the phone to talk with Phil Morris and Mark Hodges about what brought them together, where the combined entity is headed, and what this all means for the outsourcing industry.
The combined organization, with more than 300 employees, will continue to grow its portfolio of advisory services for businesses considering or engaged in internal reengineering, shared services, outsourcing and/or offshoring in IT, HR, F&A, procurement and customer care, as well as in many industry vertical processes, such as claims management in the insurance industry. Phil, who was CEO of Morgan Chambers, will now oversee EquaTerra’s European operations. Mark is co-founder of EquaTerra and currently serves as Executive Director of Corporate Development.
