Transformation Readiness - Are you ready to implement a new delivery model?

TRANSFORMATION READINESS
Are you ready to implement a new delivery model?
____________________________________________

Globalizing business operations is no longer an option for gaining competitive advantage; it is a requirement to stay in the game. Yet corporations are at different stages of readiness for transformation, depending on their experience with change, the extent to which they have outsourced or consolidated their processes and their performance track record.

During this Insight session, senior executives will facilitate a workshop to identify the issues that must be isolated or resolved before setting off on the transformation path – be it setting up a captive onshore or offshore, full or partial outsourcing, reengineering or some combination thereof – in light of corporate structure and culture, business context and leadership issues.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • leadership – the imperative for top management involvement
  • aligning the interests of business lines and geographies
  • the challenge of change and building consensus
  • orchestrating competing initiatives
  • the art of the possible, given culture and structure
  • getting ready – critical success factors

Who should attend?
The senior management team – and executives, program sponsors and business line leaders – who wish to effectively position the corporation for a major change in business model.
