SHAPING AND SELLING THE BUSINESS CASE
Developing a transparent case for change in HR
____________________________________________

Please note that this will be an HR Specific Course

Business case development for transformation is not a sideline activity. A good case becomes the premise for scope, performance, pace of implementation and approach to change.

This practical, pragmatic and hands-on program will enable managers to develop and sell a business case process that:

  • presents financials in a transparent fashion
  • is based upon the right performance requirements
  • is structured to obtain participation and feedback from all corporate infrastructure
  • can be easily tracked and amended as conditions change
  • includes all inputs from connectivity costs to property leases
  • effectively manages feedback and assumptions from a range of stakeholders
  • can be sold at both the corporate and business line level

Who should attend?
Transformation and finance team members.

This course is a 'Skills Development' session. Skills Development sessions focus on the tactical and experiential - "rules and tools" - that can be easily adapted and quickly deployed by corporate managers throughout the transformation process.

Deloitte’s HR Transformation Services
Businesses today face significant HR challenges that barely existed a few years ago. Increasingly, HR success will hinge on anticipating workforce trends, finding the best talent, and learning to harness the full potential of workers whose values and work habits are very different from those of the existing workforce. Most HR organizations are not yet equipped to deal with these shifting challenges.

Deloitte's HR Transformation services address two sets of drivers: focused inward on HR to find ways to manage and deliver existing HR services better, faster and cheaper; and focused outward – toward the enterprise – to help businesses succeed and grow in an environment where competition is global and talent is scarce.
