Alsbridge, the award winning global outsourcing and shared services advisory firm, announced today that its clients now have access to the BPO expertise of NelsonHall's analysts, as a result of a formal relationship between the company and NelsonHall, the leading BPO analyst firm.
"We've worked closely with NelsonHall for some time now, and feel strongly that this next step in our relationship will be very valuable to our clients," stated Ben Trowbridge, Alsbridge CEO. "We know that one of our greatest differentiators in the sourcing advisory space is our provision of delivering unbiased advice to our clients, which are made up solely from the buyer-side of the outsourcing transaction," Trowbridge added.
"We neither sell our research to providers, nor take sponsorships from them in our publications. Our relationship with NelsonHall further illustrates that point and the value it adds to our clients."
The agreement with NelsonHall will benefit Alsbridge clients by enhancing the ability of sourcing managers to undertake these key up-front screening and knowledge gathering exercises. This includes understanding the dynamics of each BPO market, the unique patterns of service delivery in each area, the implications for investment in existing shared service centers, the realistic level of benefits achievable and how these are achieved, together with the potential risks to avoid.
