Fees and conditions

Registering for the SharedXpertise Finance & Procurement How-To Days: Transform to Perform is easy: pick and choose the sessions you would like to attend, keeping in mind that there are 4 half-day sessions (executive briefing, workshop A, B and C) and 2 full-day sessions (training).

Non-SharedXpertise Forum Members

Registration fee includes
The fee includes conference documentation, lunch, refreshments, participation in the evening event and administration expenses. When you register, you will receive an acknowledgement and your invoice.

Cancellation and substitution policy
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may make substitutions at no extra charge but we would appreciate prior notice. If you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 21 days' prior written notice. If you cancel at least 21 days prior to the conference, we will issue a voucher for a future SharedXpertise Forum conference valid for 2 years. If your cancellation notice is NOT received at least 21 days prior to the day of the conference, you will be liable for payment of the full fee and will not be entitled to any refund or exchange.

Cancellation or postponement by SharedXpertise
In the event that SharedXpertise cancels an event, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited towards attendance at a future SharedXpertise event or, if the event is postponed by SharedXpertise, for the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a credit in lieu of payments made towards a future SharedXpertise event, valid for one year from the date of issue.

Force majeure
SharedXpertise is not responsible for any loss or damage, nor will it refund payments received, as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including, without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, or any other factor beyond SharedXpertise's direct control.

Terms and conditions

  • SharedXpertise reserve the right to make changes to the programme when necessary.
  • The process of inviting speakers is ongoing.
  • The registration fee does not include participants travel or hotel expenses.
  • Please check with your travel agent to find out if it is necessary to obtain a visa for the hosting country.
