During this facilitated workshop, senior transformation executives will help organizations explore the myriad of delivery transformation options.  Insourcing and outsourcing are no longer the only two alternatives:  captives/ shared services, build-operate-transfer, full outsourcing and partial outsourcing can be selectively combined, based on a range of factors including performance targets, capital availability, and resource capability, to achieve objectives.

At the end of this Insight workshop, senior executives will understand the range of available options, and how to identify specific benefits and implementation issues for their own organization.

Workshop topics will include:

• defining the options
• developing reasonable assumptions about the potential for successful implementation
• understanding pre-conditions and barriers for implementation
• identifying required resources - people, expertise and budget
• developing the right evaluation criteria

Who should attend?
The senior management team – and executives, program sponsors and business line leaders – who wish to effectively position the corporation for a major change in business model.

This course is an ‘insight session’. Insights sessions interpret the key trends and issues for the executive team.  Delivered on-site in a workshop format on request, these half-day to full-day sessions support corporate decision-making at various stages of business process transformation.
