It also provides tools and techniques for completing an in-depth analysis of which transformation option is right for an organization, and equips managers to identify inputs into a facts-based business case for senior management.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to complete the initial assessment for business process transformation. They will be able to:

Peter Moller leads the Shared Services and BPO Advisory Team in Europe within Deloitte. He has worked since 1990 in the area of finance transformation, shared services and outsourcing/offshoring advisory. Mr. Moller has led Deloitte teams supporting many pan-European and global shared services implementations. He chairs a Shared Services Leaders Best Practices Discussion Group which meets three times a year and includes over 20 organizations such as Kellogg, Eaton Corp, Bristol-Myers Squibb, GSK, Allergan, Oracle, Michelin and Xerox.
Mr. Moller has contributed to, or been quoted by, many journals including the Financial Times, the Economist Intelligence Unit, the Sunday Times, Accountancy Magazine and CFO Europe. Clients with which Mr. Moller has worked include: Alcoa, Oracle, J&J, Owens Illinois, Avon Cosmetics, Hewlett Packard, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Intel, TUI and Amdahl.
Selection of Project Experiences:
Feasibility, design and implementation of a 300 person, 40 country pan European SSC located in Dublin Ireland; Assessment of what finance processes could move offshore from the US and Europe as well RFP design and sourcing support; Development and implementation of outsourcing and offshoring strategies, in which all core and back office processes were assessed; and Development of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for outsourcing finance and accounting for Europe.
