Hewlett Packard (HP) has announced the acquisition of The Technology Partners (TTP), an Italian consulting and systems integration firm. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Through the acquisition, HP aims to improve its capabilities in the fields of data warehousing, business intelligence, CRM, and security. In addition, it is looking for expanding its Italian customer base, along with an increased presence in business segments such as telecom, media, and energy and utilities. TTP has a headcount of about 330 consultants.
