StarTek flattens organizational chart, COO steps down

Zingale will assist the executive team with client and organizational transitions until September 30.
In addition, as part of an effort to flatten the organization model and expand the CEO's direct reporting functions, the company announced the appointment of Jim Farnsworth to the position of senior vice president of Business Process Management Services for StarTek and will join the company on September 6. Farnsworth has extensive experience in the customer care industry, having held prominent senior management positions within a number of leading outsourced call center and customer management organizations.
