Marcio Silva is a senior consultant and F&A specialist at Alsbridge Europe, the premier consulting firm providing unbiased advice on Outsourcing, Shared Services and Offshoring. Marcio works on offshoring and sourcing strategies for clients across a range of sectors. His current work is focused on BPO and shared service feasibility studies. Before joining Alsbridge, he led projects in the development of European Shared Service Centers with focus on migration of Transaction Processing activities.
