Lyo is the CEO for Controle Soluções Compartilhadas Ltda a leading BPO provider in Brazil. Lyo has worked through the last 17 years on many outsourcing projects in Brazil. Controle has been in business for 40 years and is based in São Paulo with an office in Rio de Janeiro and a delivery center in Curitiba. Most of its´ clients are Fortune 200 multinationals such as Exxon Mobil, Cigna, PalmOne, Louis Vuitton, Kyocera Wireless, Tyco and Yum Group among others. His career started at a big four firm where he worked both in Auditing and Systems Auditing. He has been a member on boards of directors for some businesses in Brazil and is a member of the Ethics Committee for the British Chamber of Commerce in Brazil.  Lyo holds a degree in Business Administration and also in Accounting.
