Axon Solutions, one of the largest global SAP Business Transformation specialists, announces that it has acquired the business of TUI Consulting, a leading provider of SAP consulting services to US utilities and public sector organizations. The acquisition further solidifies Axon's strategic commitment to invest further in key SAP market verticals and to continue driving dramatic growth in its North American operations.
Having partnered together on several previous engagements, Axon and TUI recognized the clear synergies between their organizations and the solutions demanded by their clients.
