ARINSO completes global SAP HR roll-out for Kemira

ARINSO International, a leading provider of HR technology consulting & outsourcing services, announced today the successful implementation and rollout of SAP HCM solution in 31 countries globally for Kemira, a global chemicals company. The rollout started in January 2005 after the template solution had been piloted in Finland in 2004. The success of this rollout confirms once again that ARINSO is the preferred solution vendor in the HR market within Finland and continues to build the confidence of large employers while building long-term client relationships. The functional scope of the Kemira project included Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Training & Events Management and Manager's Self-service. The solution is now live with 7200 employees on three continents (Europe, Americas and APAC).
Mikael Landberg, VP of HR in Alcro-Beckers, a Kemira company and Project Manager for the Origo-project states: "I'm pleased with the successful rollout of SAP HR to all Kemira locations world-wide. The implementation was challenging in terms of appropriate communication, coordination and ultimately the acceptance of the local users to adopt the global system. We are in the process of making Kemira one company, and this project has been a step in the right direction. ARINSO International and Kemira continue to work closely together in other areas such as Business Consulting and E-recruitment - the SAP E-recruitment solution is scheduled to Go-Live externally in January.
