Everest Group, which provides strategic advisory services that help companies worldwide harness the power of outsourcing, today announced the expansion of its HR specialty practice to meet the growing demands of the HR outsourcing (HRO) marketplace and to accommodate the firm's rapid growth in this area. Three HR business process outsourcing experts - Marc Pramuk, Scott McNerney and Dwayne Fowler - recently joined Everest Group from Convergys, EquaTerra and Hewitt Associates, respectively, as HRO Specialists, augmenting the firm's high-powered, highly collaborative HRO consulting team.

Marc Pramuk was named one of the "Top 100 Most Influential People in the Recruiting Industry" (Recruiter Magazine, 2003) and one of the "100 Superstars of HR Outsourcing" (HRO Today, 2002-2003). He joined Everest Group from Convergys Employee Care, where, as Principal, Business Intelligence, he successfully built new HRO solutions offerings.

Scott McNerney has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HRIS and HRO, working with clients across a broad range of industries and helping them successfully manage all phases of HRO initiatives. He was formerly a Senior Advisor with EquaTerra's HR Advisory Practice.

Dwayne Fowler has more than 10 years of experience helping companies achieve significant cost savings while improving efficiency, productivity, employee service, and regulatory compliance through HRO. Prior to joining Everest, he was Outsourcing Services Delivery Manager at Hewitt Associates, where he was responsible for directing the resources needed to support HRO engagements for over 20 major clients.
