Martin Fahy

Martin Fahy is a senior lecturer in Accounting and Information Systems at the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a PhD in informatics from UCC. Prior to joining NUI, Galway he worked as a management consultant with KPMG. Martin has written extensively on the areas of Business Information Systems, ERP systems and emerging issues in e-business and accounting. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Universite d'Auvergne in France and is involved in research in the areas of Shared Service Centres and Strategic Enterprise Management. In addition to his academic work he consults to a number of Big 5 firms and start-up companies.
