ClientLogic continues US growth strategy - opens new center in Oklahoma

ClientLogic, a leading international business process outsourcing provider, today announced the opening of a new contact center in Moore, Oklahoma. In conjunction with the company's recent expansion at its Las Vegas site, this opening demonstrates ClientLogic's continued commitment to growth in the United States in order to provide its clients with best-in-service customer care. ClientLogic currently boasts 23 facilities throughout the United States and 47 facilities globally.
Through its right shore strategy, ClientLogic provides the service offerings and locations that best meet its clients' core customer-care needs. In certain cases, companies have customer service requirements that only contact centers within the United States can fill. ClientLogic chose Moore, Oklahoma for its skilled workforce and exceptional infrastructure. At the Moore facility, ClientLogic will be servicing a world class provider of travel, membership and insurance services, which recently selected ClientLogic based on its track record of supplying clients with unique and specialized offerings to reduce service costs, improve customer retention and increase revenue per customer.
ClientLogic also recently announced the expansion of its state-of-the-art customer care facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. In response to new client wins and the demonstrated success of its first site, ClientLogic expanded its presence in the area. ClientLogic serves telecommunications, wireless, consumer electronics and satellite entertainment companies out of Las Vegas.
