Synergex Corporation announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement to provide business process management and product fulfillment services to The Mighty Buck Company Inc. ("Buck"), of Aurora, Ontario.
The two-year, renewable agreement for the North American marketplace will be carried out by Synergex Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Synergex. Buck is a sales and marketing group selling and advertising computers, electronics, and related products to businesses and consumers. Buck's product line, determined in consultation with Synergex, currently includes brands such as IBM, ThinkCentre, ThinkVision, Lexmark, HP, Microsoft, D-Link, AOpen, and Logitech. Synergex will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, supplying and delivering the product line to Buck's customers."Synergex's broad service and product supply agreement with Buck provides a stable and cost effective platform for Buck to expand its operations. The agreement also demonstrates that Synergex is advancing its corporate growth strategy of providing end-to-end business services," said David Aiello, President and CEO of Synergex.
