Aon Consulting announces Steve Lutz as addition to Aon HRO

Aon Human Resources Outsourcing (Aon HRO), a division of Aon Consulting, has announced that Steve Lutz has joined Aon HRO as a senior vice president and its chief sales officer. He will be based in Aon's Rolling Meadows, Ill. office.

In his role, Mr. Lutz will be responsible for all aspects of business development, including maximizing the potential of all qualified leads and assuming primary accountability for closing deals.

Gary Budzinski, president of Aon HRO, stated, "Steve will be a valued member of the Aon HRO team, and we look forward to working with him as we define and communicate our market position, value statement and sales strategy. Steve will help enhance and centralize the sales function by focusing on growth and innovation and work with key decision makers to establish Aon as the premier mid-market provider of strategic HRO and key provider in large market HRO Business Process Outsourcing."

Mr. Lutz comes to Aon with over 20 years of experience in professional services and outsourcing. Having worked with such organizations as EDS and Accenture, Steve has been responsible for the sale and delivery of dozens of significant commercial transactions and client service relationships. Over the course of his career, Steve has held senior executive positions in operations, marketing, and sales. Over the past few years Steve has spent his energies developing Accenture's HR outsourcing business, first as a member of their joint venture effort, and ultimately as a member of Accenture focused on the growth of that business.
