ARINSO International aligns US Executive Team to support growing HRO Business - Ignacio Palomera, President US & Latin America, extends roles of US Executives Kasey Crete and Cay Gliebe

ARINSO International has re-aligned its Executive Team in the US to provide additional focus on its growing HRO business and to further integrate these capabilities into the global ARINSO HR service capabilities. Ignacio Palomera has been named President for US and Latin America, and has appointed Kasey Crete as VP, Market Strategy & Business Development and Cay Gliebe as VP, HR Strategy & Business Consulting for Americas & Asia Pacific, to enable an aggressive focus on ARINSO's HRO strengths across the globe.

Jos Sluys, ARINSO's founder & CEO, announced the appointment of Ignacio Palomera as President for ARINSO US & Latin America. Ignacio, formerly President Southern Europe & Latin America, has been in key leadership roles in ARINSO since 1998. Ignacio’s experience in complex international HR solutions and entrepreneurial track record will be focused on continuing the strong growth in the US operations while pushing the focus on profitability and market recognition. “ARINSO US’ HRO capabilities are clear to its increasing number of US customers,” states Ignacio. “And our global presence and European footprint are well-recognized by one in five Fortune Global 500 employers. We now need to ensure that the visibility of our US capabilities extends to the marketplace, especially in HR Strategy and HRO.” To that end, Ignacio has extended the role of Cay Gliebe, VP of HR Strategy & Business Consulting, to include both the Americas & APAC, and appointed Kasey Crete as VP, Market Strategy & Business Development.

Both executives joined ARINSO two years ago, bringing extensive HR outsourcing and shared service center delivery experience to the company. Cay Gliebe's extensive HR experience includes a military HR career, followed by a number of HR assignments, including leadership within Sears for its 250,000 employee service center. Her knowledge of HR strategy and service delivery challenges makes her a valued partner to clients as she leads the ARINSO US HR Strategy & Business Consulting team, providing executive sponsorship to key HRO deals. Cay now extends her expertise to manage all Strategy & Consulting Business across the Americas & Asia Pacific regions. The key opportunity, Cay believes, is in “assisting Human Resource executives in visioning, articulating and measuring the business value of HR to their colleagues at the leadership table.”

Kasey Crete's HR industry experience includes line HR roles in MCI Systemhouse, regional executive leadership for EDS eSolutions group, and delivery & account management for Exult. Since joining ARINSO as VP HRO for the Americas, Kasey has managed the growth and stabilization of the ARINSO HR Service Center in Atlanta, GA and its integration with centers in Canada, Brazil, Brussels and Kuala Lumpur. As VP, Market Strategy & Business Development, Kasey will now focus on leveraging ARINSO's significant US capabilities. “Many companies are unaware of the extensive existing capabilities of ARINSO in the US; even those who are familiar with our global presence and with our US HR integration capabilities may be unaware of our growing mid-market HRO client base and our impressive Strategy & Business Consulting practice. For US companies as well as global clients, ARINSO People Services combines technology, process and people to provide proven, cost-effective solutions to HR service delivery challenges”.

David Byrd, VP HR Integration, continues to drive implementation services for ERP solutions and HR technology. Trees Segers, Director HRO Operations, continues to manage the ARINSO US Service Center. Both report directly to Ignacio Palomera.
