Credited with Helping Shape Industry Direction and Setting Standards Through Product Innovation and Client Service Excellence in Providing HR Outsourcing Services.

Jeff Bizzack, one of the most successful industry executives in the HR outsourcing (HRO) community, has been selected as a 2005 HRO Superstar by HRO Today magazine, which serves the global HR community. Each year, HRO Today recognizes the individuals who have played an extraordinary role in the development and evolution of the HR outsourcing industry, which is estimated at $55 billion. The prestigious list includes the most influential and respected corporate buyers, service providers, strategy consultants and thought leaders in the HRO marketplace.

"In the world of HR outsourcing service providers, Jeff is a stand-out, involved in some of the most important transactions of the year and setting new trends in the industry," said Harry Feinberg, Chairman and CEO of Outsourcing Today, LLC, which publishes HRO Today magazine. "Jeff is helping shape the future of the industry, by playing a lead role in bridging the HR and finance/accounting outsourcing sectors to provide innovative products and services that help companies achieve even greater processing efficiencies, performance improvements and cost savings."

Bizzack is currently CEO of Savista, LLC, and formerly co-founder and Executive Vice President of ProBusiness Services Inc. Under his leadership, Bizzack built ProBusiness into one of the largest providers of payroll, employee benefits and HR business process outsourcing (BPO) services to large corporations, achieving the highest client satisfaction and retention levels in the outsourcing services industry. ADP acquired ProBusiness in 2003.

In his new role at Savista, Bizzack is also helping the company achieve a record level of client satisfaction, investing significantly in the people, processes, products and technology as the cornerstones of client service excellence. Savista is the leading provider of technology and BPO solutions to the restaurant and hospitality industries, and is majority owned by Accel-KKR, a private investment firm founded by venture capital firm Accel Partners and private equity investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.

"It is such a privilege to be recognized in this way by a leading industry organization, and I am really proud to be associated with such a distinguished group of honorees," said Bizzack. "I have been very fortunate to work with some of the most dedicated and qualified professionals in the business. These are exciting times for the industry, with unprecedented opportunities for companies to use outsourcing to achieve their strategic business goals."
