Trumbull Services, L.L.C., a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology services to the property and casualty insurance industry, has announced that Stephen A. Francis has been promoted to the position of President.
Mr. Francis originally joined Trumbull in January 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Trumbull, Mr. Francis was at InsLogic in Columbia, South Carolina where he was Executive Vice President of Business Development and CIO. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Property and Casualty Development at Policy Management Services Corp. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina.Trumbull offers BPO and Application Service Provider (ASP) solutions for policy administration and subrogation back offices. These solutions help Trumbull's clients cut costs, concentrate on their core capabilities, realize strategic business goals and take advantage of market opportunities.
